The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of charm. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and both the pool area and the beach are really nice.
My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, and surprisingly fast Wi-Fi, which made it very convenient for working while traveling.
The hotel is set in a very pleasant environment and you can really sense the potential of the property. I would definitely stay there again.
Negative:
The hotel felt strangely quiet during my stay in the first half of September. Despite being a large resort, there were very few guests around, the beach was almost always empty, and the beach bar was already closed. The whole place seemed to be missing some of the life and atmosphere it probably had in the past.
There are also noticeable signs that maintenance and investment could be improved. Even the beach could use more attention, as some plastic and litter were visible in places.
The food was another weak point. I tried the buffet restaurant once and, for around €25, I expected much better quality and variety. Breakfast was reasonable but could also be improved, particularly with better pastries and consistently available scrambled eggs.
Overall, I would happily return, but I hope to find a more vibrant atmosphere and a little more investment and attention to maintenance next time.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Regency hotel, they gave us a suite instead of the room we booked, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel has a nice architecture, the breakfast was delicious and various although we went late, the pool is clean and nice, and the best part ever, we had to leave around 4 am in the morning to catch our flight, the staff suggested us to have our breakfast before leaving, the croissants and bread were freshly baked right from the oven, they were paying attention to every little detail, thank you for making our stay memorable

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, they were always eager to help us. We got an upgrade in our room, and they offered us a late check-out without even asking.
The hotel building itself has an old-school feel which is interesting.
Oh and the breakfast is probably the richest we have eaten in a hotel, there are people who can prepare crepes, eggs, juice on the spot for you. We loved that!

There are some details here and there, but anything could be fixed just by asking the friendly staff.
